Wolf Creek (2005) from Greg McLean was a disturbing movie about some campers that end up in the Australian Outback threatened by a disturbed, loner played by John Jarratt. It had some real life basis in the murder of some tourists, but now McLean is turning to a family led by Kevin Bacon (Peter Taylor) and Radha Mitchell (Bronny Taylor) entering the Grand Canyon with another family, the Carters, and bringing back some darkness. Their young son, Michael, has taken in the darkness. He is played by David Mazouz who plays young Bruce Wayne on Gotham. The film also stars Jennifer Morrison from Once Upon a Time reuniting with Kevin Bacon from Stir of Echoes (1999). Here’s the press release, don’t forget to take a date!
